      Company giving fully flexibility for work to there employee. I am working from home permanently so it is balancing work life.

      For new employee need some guidance, KT session etc needed.

      - The team and direct management is pretty good - Lots of technologies/projects to learn from - Work life balance is good

      - Most of the network infrastructure is old - Bad network implementation documentation practices - No WFH
