      Interesting work. Job security. Fridays off

      Cons

      Transparency is gone, replaced by bland corporate speak and CYA. 60 hour workweeks. Communication problems getting worse.

      - decent work life balance - good benefits - flexible work arrangements

      Cons

      - chaotic management structure - engineering leadership doesn't take responsibility and isn't held accountable for their teams - "One Cubic" system doesn't work, given the different business areas and their respective needs to operate efficiently
