      Pandemic hit hard

      Pros

      My virtual functional team worked well and all got along. Pay was okay for the experience and amount of time required for the job. Decent benefits

      Cons

      Working across functional teams and with other departments was a burden and seemed impossible to get things done due to the silo effect. Management did nothing to improve this situation, and reluctantly I had to make the decision to move on to a better managed and more professional ran technology provider.
