Pros
Fairly steady job, let you drive the company vehicles wherever, good employees on location, somewhat local work only about 2 hours max.
Cons
Treats employees like trash. Used to be a family type of company, now they fire on a whim, even when short handed. Force employees to lie on forms and records to avoid trouble on audits. Management doesn't care about bad weather, will make you drive or fire you, don't care if you're tired and driving at 1 am after 24 hours of work, if you say something you'll get fired. Training is a joke, the person training wasn't even qualified to train half the classes. Pay is far below area norm as well. They threaten to fire you if you talk about how much you make with other employees even though it is OK by law. Working behind the scenes I noticed a lot of wrong doings.
