Potentially make lots of money

Cons

No family life. Family comes last if you have wife and kids. If single perfect job. Have to be in the click to move far. Also oil is down so maybe sitting in yard doing nothing.

Pay can be great 4 weeks on two weeks off is good for the pay check Good crew morale

Cons

raises are near impossible to get.So if you get an offer negotiate as high a salary as possible.Also the salary bonus system is dysfunctional at best,so don't plan on getting bonuses in a timely manner

Pros

Cudd is like one big family and in my position as a lab tech they understand that you have a personal life. It is very simple to balance your work and personal life. Co-workers are amazing and there is a lot of room to grow with the company.

Cons

The company is on the rise and trying to compete with major companies to really get its name out there. For the company to be doing so well right now, the employees are not receiving the pay that they deserve.
