      Its an oil and gas company......

      Pros

      I was able to get projects completed I had a decent boss I really liked the people I directly worked with I had a great life to work balance.......but many employees don't, especially field workers

      Damaging corporate politics Not very forward thinking Not very supportive of "crucial" initiatives Not very safety oriented

      Pros

      The work is great. Working on a location is a fun way to make a living. I love my crew. The pay is outstanding, as long as there is field work.

      Cons

      Management is retarded. Every other service company is still working, except Cudd. Corporate management has disjointed priorities that makes them seem out of touch with current realities.
