A lot of hours. They allow you to stay for weeks off

Cons

Mamagement will cut your hours for any reason when down time. They do not pay any type of week off incentive.

Pros

*Company is owned by RPC. -Solid Company *My pay was great. *Good 401 (K) plan *Work was not to bad, most days good or great. *Coworkers great people to work with.

Cons

* Cooperate -Seems to have a blind eye as to what's going on in there facility's/ Districts. *Drivers have long hours and shifts are all over the place, (normal) *Communication- Just Terrible *Micro Management is the most accepted practice.
