Pros

Communicative/collaborative environment, enjoyed the teams I worked with and around.

Cons

Company did not plan on how to be successful post Covid. They received a lot of federal funding from the government to develop rapid covid testing but failed to get any other tests approved by the FDA which resulted in poor financial projections and mass layoffs (36% in 2022-2023, that i am aware of)

Pros

Operators are easy to get along with Some supervisors are easy going

Cons

Management talks about favoritism there but do it themselves. Managers and Supervisors being promoted without proving they can do the job, they are promoted because they think they "deserve" it. Upper management all know each other so it was favoritism that brought most of them in to Cue. The people that work hard are all overlooked and not part of the "clique" All the ex military are promoted faster than all the other associates that are working hard and getting things done. The regular associates are all being overlooked or held to a different standard
