- During its peak, great opportunity to implement processes and policies - start from the ground up. - Working with genuinely smart people for the most part

Cons

- Relied too heavily on COVID growth; pending FDA approvals on the rest of the product line - layoffs to save costs. They just did their 3rd. Wouldn't be surprised if they announced another due to losing contracts because of COVID decline
