Pros

You can make pretty good money as a server, at least at the Scottsdale locations, really easy to get time off if you request in advance due to the number of employees on staff, hours aren't too bad, the latest I've left as a closing server was around 1 am

Cons

Obviously very corporate, because of this, myself and coworkers I've spoken to feel very expendable, even after working here for two plus years. Kind of feels like you're always one misstep away from being fired. Also not a lot of professionalism from management, ie: playing favorites, airing people's dirty laundry in conversation, talking bad about servers to other servers.
