Pros

The people and tips can be great.

Cons

Honestly, because we were so close to a college campus there was a revolving door of new people. This led to management seeing us as replaceable and issues were treated as less of a collaboration, and more of "deal with it" mentality. Also, as a hostess, you would get a constant stream of creepy guys hitting on you and if they were your coworkers or really good customers, to a degree, you were just expected to accept and handle it. Your female coworkers would made the experience overall better, but be prepared for the rest of it. Also, overall inconsistencies between management were frequent and led to a lot of issues and discrepancies

Pros

Upbeat and fun restaurant vibe. Mostly cool people to work with, great food, and pretty flexible scheduling.

Cons

It's very clear the restaurant hires based on physical attractiveness and personal style. I've heard comments about people being to "fat" to be hired or "not pretty enough".
