Pros

There's barely a dress code, you just have to make sure that you try a bit. Managers are alright, and pretty laid back.

Cons

Can be overwhelming but what restaurant isn't? Training isn't the best so it's a lot of improvising and teaching yourself. They overhire, so you probably won't get much hours.

Pros

The employees are fun and kind and you make a lot of friends by working here. The customers are also really fun and I rarely left a shift with less than $150.

Cons

Management & Corporate--The management turn over is like nothing I've ever seen. I wasn't even there a year and I saw at least 4 new managers. To keep things brief, Cheesecake Factory recently purchased Fox Concepts (which created Culinary Dropout) and it's gone so down hill so fast, it's really not worth the cash for the stress and passive aggressive mistreatment. The original owner of Fox Concepts opened a hotel and about half the original staff left Culinary Dropout to go to his hotel because they missed how things were because Cheesecake Factory.
