Pros

Good money for the job you do managers are pretty great and the other employees are easy to get a lobby with.

Cons

Hard to move up to server they like hiring from outside for servers over people that have been there for years.

Thank you for putting the time into giving us an honest review, and we hope that you enjoyed your time at Culinary Dropout. We understand it can be frustrating to see new servers coming in but we appreciate your dedication. In the future, the best course of action would be to ask your GM what you need to do to grow into a serving position and keep track of your progress! If you have any other questions or concerns please reach out to hrcommunications@foxrc.com.

Pros

Pay is fair for a busser position hours are good and you have a lot of opportunity to get hours. Management is great but plays favorites.

Cons

If you are hired as a busser there is almost no chance of moving up beyond that position because they hire outside servers with more experience over promoting within no matter how long you have worked for the company.

We really appreciate your review and are so glad to have had you as a Dropout. We really appreciate your hard work and know that the back server is one of the backbones of the restaurant. In the future, we would recommend talking to your GM about the goals that you need to hit in order to grow into a serving position, as we definitely prefer to to promote from within.
