Decent Job For Culinary Industry

Pros

Promotes from within. Promoted quickly if you prove your value to the store and company. Chef positions pay well compared to the rest of the culinary industry. Prior to the 2020 Covid Pandemic, the pay for cooks was very competitive but are now average at best

Cons

Extremely cliquey but beneficial if you work well with others. Your managers opinion of you matters a lot and will reflect how much you're scheduled. Pay for line positions are average and the workload is heavy. Above average drug usage for cooks
