Pros

Super busy, food and cocktails are at a good price point, the managers when I worked there were all super awesome.

Cons

The building is huge so sometimes your section doesn’t get sat in rotation, half the restaurant is a patio so in the summer it is not busy.

Pros

There is much room for growth if you are the type of worker who seeks opportunity.

Cons

It is a large restaurant where someone in a previous shift may set you up for failure and you are responsible for the production nonetheless.
