Pros

Fun working environment at first and they can teach you a good amount about the food industry.

Cons

Management was always trying to sleep with servers and constantly fired people because they know they can find someone else. They hired based on looks and not experience. However, once all the good servers left or were fired the restaurant did not work to max efficiency.

Pros

The people and tips can be great.

Cons

Honestly, because we were so close to a college campus there was a revolving door of new people. This led to management seeing us as replaceable and issues were treated as less of a collaboration, and more of "deal with it" mentality. Also, as a hostess, you would get a constant stream of creepy guys hitting on you and if they were your coworkers or really good customers, to a degree, you were just expected to accept and handle it. Your female coworkers would made the experience overall better, but be prepared for the rest of it. Also, overall inconsistencies between management were frequent and led to a lot of issues and discrepancies
