Pros

Most of my coworkers were nice.

Cons

No formal training was given. But I was often working alone. I was full-time, but they only put me on the schedule for 2 days/week 6 hours/day and there were times when I would I received a text message on one of those days telling me to "take the day off". They eventually fired me for "making too many mistakes" even though the Executive Chef acknowledged that I had not received any training.
