Great benefits overshadowed by poor leadership and processes

Pros

Company offers 100% Employer Paid benefits for its employees. 401K matching.

Cons

Poor leadership skills, CEO is checked out, CFO is not in control of his finance or accounting department. COO is a figure head only, no real power to make any decisions. People are hired with little to no experience for all job duties. Middle Management has no power, everything goes up/through the CEO. Lack of Process or Broken process and middle through Executive leadership refuse to make the necessary changes to improve quality of life and quality of the work in the workplace. Non-Compliance issues are everywhere, Company has been making bad decisions after bad decision, loosing money, and the skilled personnel are leaving.

Pros

Very caring immediate boss and senior leadership. Organized and excellent through and through; strategic bottom to top. Generous total compensation (top 15% among the competition). A culture truly built for customers and employees; apolitical. Winning valuable contracts. Strategically "buying its way" into attractive, nascent markets (i.e., international humanitarian relief, life sciences).

Zero. Yes, absolutely zero cons.
