50% off food while working, free if they guys in back like you. Fun environment most of the time. Good food

Cons

Owner's don't enforce rules. There are camera's all over but I don't think he uses them. Owner hires all teenagers who think they rule the world.

Made good friends with many of my coworkers, flexible hours.

Cons

Often a stressful and very fast-paced environment, pay is very low, there is a great amount of favoritism and if you aren't one of the favorites you'll be getting the same pay for a very long time.

-Flexible schedule, esp for students -nice coworkers, pretty understanding managers -excellent customer service -located near the university I am attending

Cons

-little room for advancement -minimum wage pay -Managers can be very picky aboout errors and can be fussy from time to time -can get very busy at the restaurant
