Pros

Very flexible with scheduling if the restaurant is properly staffed. Going to school and need a job to help make ends meet? Good enough. Somewhat competitive pay, as long as you stay within management's good graces.

Cons

Often times shift managers are more involved than Owner/Operators. I would have followed them to the ends of the earth, because they understood your purpose as an hourly employee. Often hire outside of the company to fill up the chain of command.

Pros

Good people and working environment. Often times busy so the time goes by fast. Fun interacting with customers. Ability to do many different jobs, from drive thru to kitchen.

Cons

People tend to play favorites, management included. Sometimes hard to get hours with so many employees. People get promoted willy nilly at times.

Pros

Good high school job but you can do much better when you get into college.

Cons

No beneifts for part time employees. You can only expect to make your hourly wage and that's it. No overtime, no bonuses, etc. Management is usually underpaid as well
