Plenty of opportunities to socialize with your coworkers therefore it feels more like you're part of team instead of on your own. I have fairly flexible hours, but the wages are nothing to live off on. Management is very accessible, I feel as if I can quickly communicate with my managers and most of my coworkers also feel as if we they're are listened to.

Cons

Low wages. Can't really make a living. Repetitive work, unruly costumers.

Nice Managers, Always willing to work around your schedule to help you out. Treated employees fair and with respect all the time

Some verbal abuse but you're gonna have that anywhere you go. Dealing with employees that costantly complain about anything and everything

The smiles of the kids who came in from soccer practices or tournaments, that always made my day... of course until a snobby one came in.

Cons

It was just terrible, conditions were bad, there were flies flying all the time everywhere. It was just disgusting and it was just *snap* this *snap* that. Don't recommend anybody to work there on my personal opinion.
