Pros

Flexible Schedule Decent Pay Free Break Food

Cons

Management is either fantastic or horrible. Corporate doesn't care about you. Benefits aren't worth the price. Disrespectful coworkers that management does nothing about.

Pros

Some co-workers are extremely friendly and easy to get along with. $2 premium for working on Sundays. Extremely flexible schedule. If you become a trainer, you have the opportunity to become a national trainer. The pool is already large, but this gives you a chance to work with a selected AGM to travel to newly opening locations and train on site if selected. With perks including paid per diem travel, hotel stay, and expenses allowances.

Cons

A lot of management show lack of incentive in getting anything done: Hands tasks to subordinates so they can sit in the office for prolonged periods of time (even during a massive rush). Complete lack of spine when it comes to disciplinary action from management. A lot of teenagers get away with far too much. Franchise owner is egregiously cheap: Whenever something breaks, will never pitch in to replace a work required item to make a task efficient (Ask how many vacuum cleaners have been replaced in the last 6 months). Concerns and comments of addressing issues fall into deaf ears (which is hilarious considering we fill out employee surveys every 3 months via text). Deployment changes constantly at will, depending on which AGM is present, and what position they don't feel like doing that day. Illegal practices of altering time sheets to ensure labor laws are not bent or broken (30 minute break before 6 hours if working 7.5 hours or longer, but less than 12 in the state of Illinois).
