The group/business line leaders have an open door policy, and encourage all team members to voice their concerns to them or directly with Human Resources. And as we move into 2019, we will continue to add feedback tools to enhance the communication as well. With regard to compensation and benefits, Cumming looks to provide its employees a competitive, market based compensation and benefit plan. Moreover, we also look to provide a positive working environment and career path that will allow team members to grow.
