Pros

* You will meet nice people there, has the feel of a small business (in most offices it is indeed very small) * Has opportunity to learn on entry level * Good communication between various offices which expands your knowledge

Cons

* Not the best in the market when it comes to pay (Average) * Many managers are greedy and claim your effort to themselves * Poor bonus structure * They over work you * The system allows managers to undercut employees hours and bill it to themselves on work they didn't do

Pros

Hard work is rewarded and you can work on your own schedule for the most part. There are some meetings and such that require you to be present for and deadlines, however, no one is telling you to be in by 8:00am and you can't leave before 5:00pm. Bottom line, do your work before the deadline and no one will care when or where you got it done.

Cons

There could be better communication within the offices on promotion opportunities.
