Great Technology landscape to work upon (depends upon the Business unit for which you are working on ), Facilities are top notch , great office location,

Cons

IT employees are not treated same as non-IT (functional staff), Work load tends to be more even being product company, Impractical expectation from employees to be able to do everything, working for 12 hours a day is considered as normal thing
