Pros

sponsors h1b visa for international

Cons

Worst starting place to work at. They hired me from on campus as a manufacturing engineer. They already had 1 manufacturing engineer and I was a spare. During bad economy times they laid me off and I was asked to leave work on the same day with no prior notice. That had put my h1b visa status and marriage on hold. Worst HR staff as they have no value for human emotions.

Pros

One of the best internship experience. Interns are given challenging projects with real value to the company and aligned with the company's business goal.

Cons

Few fellow interns felt misplaced in the internship and thought they should have been working with a different department.

Pros

They really care about there customers getting the best quality product. They also show a lot of passion for giving back to the communities and having as small as possible of an impact on the environment.

Cons

Interning, at least in my position, makes it hard to make changes in some of the way things are done without having to rely on your manager.
