Pros

- Good salary for Guarulhos area only, average salary compared to overall market. - Very good health and dental insurance plans. - Good private pension (401k) plans. - D&EI is taken seriously.

Cons

- Company mood is bad. Employees feel lost, and leadership is unexperienced and does not care. - Decisions are not based on rationality nor business needs, but on people's personal wishes and demands. - Extreme high pressure for financial targets, but finance department is a mess and can't control . - High pressure for deliveries, but no sense of helping or group work. - Nobody seems to be happy and want to help at all. - Nobody seems to care about fixing things. There's a post of that receives utilities such as internet providers that is broken for more than a year and nobody fixes. Several issues with buildings, issues with electrical plugs, sewage and etc. - 'Old time'-decision leaders. - Facilities are bad. Old offices, dirty restrooms, internet and IT network is bad. Money being lost by construction teams with zero ROI.
