- Big company with opportunities to grow - Focus on growth ensures long term prospects - Great people to work with

- The company has evolved from a small town organization to a global one but struggles to reconcile with it's new identity. They are beholden to Wall St but refuse to admit their position, so their actions and their comments don't always align, especially of late. - Pay and benefits are not exemplary and it's by design
