Good company culture in overall, easily can get help and support from various sources within the company globally. Good career development if you want to try hard.

Cons

Too much meetings, compensation to workload seems low, over focus on KPI can lead to employee discontent and discouraged in case objectives not reasonable, pre-rated high potentials get more opportunities, little market campaign, employee in China can hardly share the benefit when company makes profit and stock price soars
