Pros

Diverse product base; Global opportunities; Broad Channel for Sales, depending on business unit & location; Ability to work remote; good benefits; challenging work

Cons

Restructuring doesn't always seem to be well thought-out, so inefficiencies result; Few opportunities for director positions; Frequent changing of roles means not a lot of knowledge depth over time & reinventing the wheel.

Pros

The pros to working for Cummins are as follows, good pay, good benefits, all locations are different so most of the management is good to work for.

Cons

I can sum this one up real quick, there is a lack of training for anyone that wants to advance, you have to work hard to get ahead.

Pros

The only good thing about this company is the pay. You have to ask yourself if the pay is worth it compared to the demeaning way they treat their technicians.

Cons

Its all about the almighty dollar. No compassion for employees at all. Treated like a child as far as working conditions. Communication with management is non existent. If you do express your opinion your comments are sent right to upper management.
