Pros

A wide variety of projects to work on including traditional to digital.

Cons

The company prefers MBAs from the Kelly School of Business which means you need to live in the Columbus/Indianapolis area for at least 18 month.

Pros

- Competitive Salary - Relocation Assistance - Visa Sponsorhip - Affinity groups - Diverse environment - Different career paths available

Cons

- You will end up working more than 40 hours per week and even weekends (Unpaid extra hours) - Expect to learn everything by yourself. Trainings provide some basic knowledge, but you will end up asking a lot of people how to do a single task. - Too many politics involved between the unions and the company, and even between different groups inside Cummins. - Managers will be unavailable to help you most of the time because they have to attend meetings all days.
