Pros

Good compensation package and easy to move around from position to position.

Cons

High turnover rate. Disorganized chaos everyday. Poor communication. Poor recognition. Everyone works independently. Pay is fair.

Pros

Its pretty easy to negotiate your base salary, you can also get a sign on bonus pretty easy, just ask for it!

Cons

Not a very inclusive environment. Performance Reviews are a joke within this Forced Ranking approach. If you are not liked you better start looking for a new job asap!

Pros

It is a fairly stable company. Things move slow and decisions are made by consensus and personal relationships. If you are liked by management, meaning you are part of the "diversity" group you are promoted. The company is helpful in taking time off to deal with family issues and is generally family friendly.

Cons

Economy's bad and everybody is cutting jobs. So, things are tight. Career advancement isn't a priority for management. Words and actions do not match. At times, there seems like there is no strategy to move forward. Everything is reactive. People do not have a sense of urgency to accomplish things.
