Terrible efforts to retain entry level hourly folks. Also slow pay progression versus other companies for salaried folks, especially as responsibility goes up.

The salary was good a the beginning, when I was fresh out of college, but it did not keep up with inflation, more importantly, it did not keep up with the value I provided to the company as a grew my skills and contributions, this was a big reason for me leaving. 3. I have nothing against the Indian co workers I had, they were all okay, but there is a very obvious take over, this has lead to favoritism which will affect you career growth. I personally saw some engineers barely work and get promotions, pay increases, better projects, etc. 4. The technicians do not like newer engineers coming in. This can make your job harder since they all mostly know each other and have an unfortunate clique attitude. 5. There is nothing to do in south Indiana.
