Pros

Pay is good. Benefits are good. Scheduling is ok, but not great. Stress levels can be managed, depending on what position you are in.

Cons

Management at the new Atlanta location is constantly arguing with each other and getting nothing done. HR and managers also will take customer sides, even with no proof of anything, and come after you for it, especially if there is an investigation against you or others. They even disregard state and federal law in some incidents.

Pros

They are focused on employee development.

Cons

High deductible health plan,.. HR is given too much power in day-to-day decision making. Company is too focused on politics, and dedicates resources to causes that are not popular with their customer base.
