Pros
Ok benefits except the HSA screws employees over. Decent pay.
Cons
Long work hours with management not setting the example. Work life balance is preached there, but when you actually take time off they make it like its a punishment and make you feel bad about it. Management reprimands unreasonably, and aggressively to the entrie work group. Management is unprofessional in that aspect. They are disrespectful and treat the hourly employees just as that, like they need to bend over backwards for a management that thinks you're disposable. HR says they care ans you can voice your opinions but when management finds out you did they persecute you for speaking up.
