      Pros

      Friendly, very safe all safety questions are taken more serious than most other things.

      Cons

      HR runs itself like a secret organization manking people dissapear and snap decisions on disciplinary action without much investigation that involves leaving the office. Management in general rearely leaves the office or understands the actual environment and people around them.

      Pros

      Very flexible - pretty much come and go as I need to as long as I'm putting in my hours and getting work done. Corporate headquarters in Shoreview is a great facility - has lots of natural sunlight, a cafeteria, a small work out center that offers classes throughout the day.

      Cons

      Bureaucratic. Extremely difficult to get a promotion based on demonstrated skill-set alone; HR has strict rules on things like # years experience or degrees required to get a promotion.
