Pros

Compensation for beginners, diversity, benefits are better than many, company has good socially responsible charities, engineering work flow is organized. Some technical specialists are brilliant. You would be lucky if you get to work with them.

Cons

There is a lot of politics, limited growth opportunity, it takes longer to do little things. Incompetent people are in position of power. Employees in this office get inferior treatment (in terms of growth opportunities, facilities, compensations etc.) compared to those at Columbus, IN. Faulty performance review system. They feel it necessary to kick 10% people every year. If you end up with a wrong manager, like I did, then you would regret joining this company.

Pros

The company has decent pay and benefits. And the not worrying about the clock in a good thing.

Cons

The company culture is too slow moving and very hands off. I found that difficult to deal with being a fast moving and hands on engineer.
