Pros

Great Diversity. Overall High growth before and after 2008-2009 downturn Some of the most amazing people around the world you can meet

Cons

Sometimes too much politics. You can only get success if you have 'Mentor' (mostly people high up). Different groups work differently and they are more involved in their own group's profit than looking at CMI benefits.

Lack moral fiber

Pros

Can't see any pros in catering to special interest for political expedience

Cons

Executives playing a game of political correctness catering to a fringe minority. A majority of employees feel insulted by the company's social position which they have enveloped in the term "diversity". The diverse global employee base does not agree with internal GLBT programs which goes against the grain of the majority beliefs.
