Pros

The shop techs are great there

Cons

PROFESSIONAL MECHANICS STAY AWAY Management is running it into the ground. I had management tell me I’m not getting an SRTs for stuff I needed them for. Just refuse in front of the whole shop to give it to me. A field tech likes to “accidentally” take your M18 batteries home for months and management and HR don’t do anything about it. If you’re not a favorite of the management for sucking up, any ethics violations get swept under the rug. There is obvious targeting, don’t like to send you to training, will give favorite techs more time on jobs and move their time around and avoid at all cost. Stress from that shop is not worth any pay

Pros

Good benefits. Decent people to work with

Cons

Say they hire from within, but when a manager position opens up they always hire outside. Horrible pay and pay scale, will mess you over with pay scale wont give you full amount according to THEIR policy. Hire managers that cant help because they dont know what they are doing. Does not listen to their employees even though they say they do. No accountability. Will cut overtime, and wont pay you a livable wage.
