      1.Excellent environment to get additional qualifications like ME, M.Tech or BE etc.. 2.Ocean full of opportunities to learn 3.Average work load 4.Easy accessible Top management 5.They appreciate your hard and smart works always. 6.Safe place for female workforce.

      1.Hopeless HR Department (can't solve any problem you address) 2.Less Salary 3.Promotion available only if you are pet to your manager. 4.No development unless competitor f**ks our products in market.

      Pros

      Great Work environment and career growth. Great product manufacturing. Senior management has an open door policy.

      Cons

      Head quarters are in Columbus Indiana which is not a great place to live unless your only goal is raising children. Could use more modern software technology.

      Pros

      Decent benefits, fair salary, nice colleagues, good challenges at work. Overall, I was satisfied working for Cummins.

      Cons

      There is no real cons that I can speak of, because in the end, it did not work out for due to my inability to assimilate into the company culture in Belgium. Politics is also something that exist in most companies, so one cannot blame that either. Politics is not worse here than elsewhere. One should also be aware that people in the automotive industry will not be the same as those in the financial or more white collar industries.
