Lots of career opportunities in the HQs Easy transition between new departments (moving from Engineering to Finance for instance if of interest) Value work-life balance with a "Top-Down" mentality

Cons

Leadership still signs up for some crazy projects, lacks empowerment for decision (everything needs to be aligned with multiple people and area), not a big risk taker (one of the reasons why is no financially healthy).
