      Cummins is a good place to work and provides good opportunities for growth

      Pros

      Leadership at the top is very strong and has a good vision for the company. Cummins provides for a good work-life balance and promotes individual health.

      Cons

      Middle management is not strong in some areas and they can tend to get in the way of progress. People are promoted more based on tenure and location (Columbus) than overall skill and experience.

      Cummins has a view to bring Diversity in its work environment. Gender & Regional Diversity is the main driving force behind this one of the very important 6 Core values of this company. Cummins Ethics, Cummins culture & Cummins hiring process strongly support in equality & promotes a supporting work culture to women employee

      However the work output expectation from a fresher is very high while the training provided is less with respect to that. That makes Cummins a difficul place to work for Freshers. But, difficult challenges also makes you better on the other hand
