      Pros

      Its part of the company culture to change jobs every 2-3 years. Also employees have the opportunity to apply for any position given they have the ability to learn and a proven track record for delivering positive results. Ex- engineers working in marketing

      Cons

      Work life balance. There is none! Expected to work over time with no added benefit (PTO, bonus,..etc) No real management training regarding do's and dont's Information share - many employees find out about corporate changes via media
