Good company to work for, still a lot to improve
Pros
Good starting salary for a fresh graduate. Good benefits including 401k match, pension plan, stock purchase plan, etc. Willing to sponsor international employees H1-B visa, although requires minimum 3 years of service before starting the green-card application. Work-life balance is OK. Good people in the company. Managers are generally easy to work with. There are a lot of young engineers recruited in the recent 3 years, which has made the corporate culture more vibrant than a typical manufacturing company.
Cons
There is an unbalanced work load distribution within the engineering teams--some people get too much on their plates while others often don't get enough work to do. Data management is poor and disorganized. Global growth strategy does not appear to be optimal.
