Pros

Company makes a huge investment in technician training and resources. Generous bonus and profit sharing for technicians as well. Every technician has their very own company issued tough book laptop. Great group to work with once you've proven your skills. Not impossible for a tech to advance.

Cons

Operations department often delays or "cuts corners" when replenishing shop supplies and tools. Parts department is often very late with parts. Healthcare plan is PPO with a high deductible and high monthly premium. (only affordable to corporate employees) Standard Repair Times are often unrealistic. They don't account for certain applications or accommodations. (RV, crane, etc)

Pros

Good pay. Fast advancement. Interesting product. A few good people to work with. Good bonuses, when available.

Cons

High demand for unpaid overtime. Company is overly interested in being politically correct. Many lame duck older employees who no longer care about product/deliverables. Being a union facility makes it difficult to get work done. Unstable work environment, due to semi-frequent lay-offs. Claimed flex-time is over-exaggerated. Forced ranking system.
