      Expect to self train for your position. Difficult to find individuals to support your development. Opportunites for career advancements not based on skill or abilitiy, you need a guardian in your corner. Out-dated computer systems. Very cyclical environment...knee jerk reaction to ecomonic conditions - hires a 1000 employess in first 6 months of the year then turns around and randomly fires that many by the end of the year.
