      Opportunity to learn about engines if you work on shopfloor.

      Pros

      Better place to work. Proffessional and multi national company. Opportunity for learning for beginers, perticularly mechanical engineering candidates. Enough benefits.

      Cons

      As it is a well established company, many of the things are standerdised so lesser oportunity for design engineers to show up their creative work.

      -Great career movement and advancement, -Great place to work as there is a lot of emphasis on diversity & inclusion -Great orientation program for new hires into the business -Upper management and middle managers are competent and strategic thinkers -Innovative company -Performance Driven and Team oriented culture

      -Lean organization so there is a lot of work to do, however being so lean drives an increase of responsibilities at work.

      It is a very easy-going environment, and the management here is great. The pay is decent and there are many discounts given to employees for numerous things.

      Cons

      The pay could be better, and bigger bonuses would be nice too. Other than that it really doesn't have much downside
