      Pros

      Lots of Training. You are treated as a normal employee and not looked down on for being a placement student. Very flexible working hours.

      Pros

      Excellent technology, training opportunities, professional growth, bonus, cheap cost of living, no traffic, ample parking, some friendly people, community involvement.

      Cons

      If you are not of the majority race, from the Midwest, Purdue graduate, your hobbies does not including beer, then you will have to learn how to battle in the engineering world while working at Cummins. One memory that will always stay with me is seeing senior management walk my fellow co-worker out during the layoffs.
