Pros
There are few pros to this job, if any. The ONLY thing that's neat is that you get to see new products and sometimes get free things.
Cons
I would not wish this place on my worst enemy. The entire company is a complete disaster and a cesspool of dishonesty and greed. The Cunninghams are the nastiest, greediest couple I've EVER had the displeasure of meeting (once, by the way, in my long career with this company). This company likes to sit in their offices and pump out passive aggressive emails so there is a paper trail to everything. If you ever get an actual phone call, its to tell you to do your job in a dishonest manner and they don't want it to get back to them. Be prepared to work hours that you absolutely wouldn't sign up for (20-30 hours overtime per week) and you will never see so much as a "thank you", let alone a penny. You will, however, see nasty emails all day coming at you from project managers treating you like you are stupid and continually telling you you are not doing enough. Perhaps if they would stop trying to rule by fear, your employees will WANT to try to work for you. Remember that the people that you think are disposable are actually the ones out there making money for YOU to drive your ridiculous Bentleys and go on vacation every other week. A note to clients- THIS COMPANY FABRICATES 75% of the work they do! I have personally combed through open ended questions answered by respondents to change their answers and make it seem as though they didn't actually get a wrong product, they actually qualified, etc. This is, of course, if there is actually a respondent DOING the survey- but mostly, employees sit at their desks and make up fake answers and respondents. I have in many cases been pulled from my own office to pretend I do not work there and act like a respondent in front of a client during a client visit. Even the people who work at corporate (project managers) are lied to by upper management to make it seem like the problem lies with the employees when the problems lie with the company. They like to lie to save face - like when managers quit because of the deplorable conditions and not only the project managers but more importantly, the clients, are lied to and told that the manager was fired OR - my personal favorite - "on vacation". Run. Run as fast as you can. This is a dying industry and Cunningham Research is going to the the first to the grave.
