      Growth and advancement in a family environment

      Pros

      I've been working here for over 15 years, where I began as an assistant and have moved up throughout the years, currently being promoted to a Senior Project Manager/Research Director. Never in my dreams could I have expected the support, mentorship or friendships I have experienced and built over the years here. The team has not only become friends but family and has been there for me both professionally and personally throughout my employment. Recently my family needed to relocate and I was allowed to maintain my employment and work remotely. If you are looking for a career in a fast paced, family oriented company that will allow you to grow, this is your place.

      long hours at times but we all work through them together.

      Pros

      They're good at selling at dream to you. Good at telling you what you want to hear but don't believe everything they tell you.

      Cons

      No work life balance, pay is LOW, expectations are HIGH! No reward for loyalty, good luck getting a promotion or even a day, no Covid protocols, the whole office would get sick. Overall, a miserable working environment.

      Pros

      If you are a permanent employee, you can expect a regular paycheck. That's the only pro I can think of at the moment.

      Cons

      If you join this workplace, the gloom will await you. The office ambiance is not very friendly, and the workload will always be high. No growth or pay raises even if you work very hard. Beware!!!
